MANAGING COVID-19 STRESS

One of the most important things you can do to reduce your anxiety about COVID-19 is maintaining as much of your everyday schedule as possible.

EAT WELL

STAY HYDRATED

Even though you aren't running about, your body still need a minimum of eight glasses a day to clean out toxins, keep you hydrated, and help you fight off viruses.

GET SOME EXERCISE

Here are some example activities you can do:

  • Go on a walk around your neighborhood with a dope playlist

  • Go on a bike ride with a friend, but remember to stay 10 feet apart

  • Do some yoga or pilates

  • Go on a run around your neighborhood

  • Walk with your family

  • Do a 5-minute workout
