MANAGING COVID-19 STRESS
One of the most important things you can do to reduce your anxiety about COVID-19 is maintaining as much of your everyday schedule as possible.
EAT WELL
STAY HYDRATED
Even though you aren't running about, your body still need a minimum of eight glasses a day to clean out toxins, keep you hydrated, and help you fight off viruses.
GET SOME EXERCISE
Some activities you can do include:

Go on a walk around your neighborhood with a dope playlist

Go on a bike ride with a friend, but remember to stay 10 feet apart

Do some yoga or pilates

Go on a run around your neighborhood

Walk with your family

Do a 5-minute workout
